Kaky is operated by Riad Benyamna ("we," "us," or "our"). You can contact us at privacy@kaky.org.

Kaky is a voice-first nutrition tracking app. You may use the app only for personal, non-commercial purposes and only in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or tamper with the app
• Use the app to harm, harass, or defraud others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the app or its infrastructure

To use Kaky, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration

You must be at least 18 years old to use Kaky. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Kaky uses artificial intelligence to estimate nutritional information from voice input. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated nutrition estimates are approximations and may not be accurate
• Kaky is not a medical or dietary advice service
• You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary changes based on information from the app
• We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated nutritional estimates

The nutritional targets calculated by the app are estimates based on information you provide and standard formulas.

All content, design, code, and features of Kaky are owned by Riad Benyamna. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.

Kaky uses third-party services including Google Sign-In, Supabase, OpenRouter, and Google Cloud AI. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Kaky is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Nutritional information will be accurate or complete
• The app will meet your specific requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Riad Benyamna shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Kaky, including but not limited to health outcomes, data loss, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time without notice. We are not liable to you for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Mississippi, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
