Open Kaky and go to Settings.
From the Home or Insights screen, tap the settings control in the top area.

Kaky’s deletion control lives inside the app so only the signed-in account owner can authorize it. There is no pretend web form and no password sent by email.

Use the same Apple or Google sign-in connected to your Kaky account, then delete directly from Settings.

Scroll to your account controls.
Signed-in members will see an Account section. Guest accounts will see a Data section.

Tap “Delete Account.” For an anonymous guest account, tap “Delete Kaky data.”

Read the warning and confirm.
Kaky sends an authenticated deletion request. After the server confirms it, the app clears local Kaky data and signs you out.

Kaky does not show a success state until its account-deletion service confirms that the account was removed.
Your identity is verified
The request uses the active Supabase account session. A public email address alone cannot authorize deletion.
Your Kaky account is removed
Deleting the authenticated user triggers removal of associated Kaky profile and tracking records under Kaky’s control.
Local Kaky data is cleared
Only after server success does the app clear its local cache, reset account state, and sign out on that device.
If deletion fails: Kaky does not pretend the account is gone. Your local data remains available, an error is shown, and you can retry or contact support.

Important for Kaky Pro
Deleting Kaky does not cancel your subscription.
Apple and Google Play bill Kaky Pro. Cancel it in the store you subscribed through if you do not want it to renew.

Account profile and sign-in
Your Kaky authentication account and cloud profile are removed.

Nutrition and progress records
Associated meal logs, goals, weight check-ins, hydration records, and account settings are removed.

Local app data
Kaky clears its local account cache and saved tracking data on the device after server confirmation.

Limited retained records
App Store and Google Play transactions, provider records, short-lived security data, limited backups, or records legally required to be retained may remain as described in the Privacy Policy.
No app, or locked out? Request deletion by email.
Email us from the address connected to your Kaky account and we will verify ownership, then delete the account and its data. Include only the information needed to identify the account—never send your password, Apple ID or Google password, payment card, or verification code.
